Use Deliverect Pay and need to provide a refund to a customer? Follow the steps in this guide to learn how.
This article is updated for the new Deliverect interface. To find this page on the previous version, go to Finance in the sidebar. All accounts will be switched to the new interface soon.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and go to Settings and then Payments in your sidebar.
Step 2. Click on the payment you want to refund.
Step 3. Click on the Refund button.
