The rider screen provides a clear overview of your orders and their current status. Display this screen to allow riders to know when they need to pick up the order without asking your staff.
How to access
To access, log in to your account at https://EXAMPLE.kitchass.com/kitchen. Replace "EXAMPLE" with your unique app name (which was chosen when creating your account). On your Home page, click/tap on Rider screen.
The screen shows orders currently in progress and those ready for pickup. Changing the status of an order on the kitchen screen will instantly update the status here.
Clicking/tapping on the bell icon for an order alerts the kitchen of the rider's arrival. The order can then be brought to the rider when prepared.
If the rider is unable to find their order, they can click/tap on the Can't find your order? Click here to get the status button; this brings up a new page where they can enter the order ID.
