To receive an email when certain Deliverect events occur, follow the steps in this article.
This feature is currently in beta and only available for selected customers for a limited time.
In addition, this article is updated for the new Deliverect interface. To find this page on the previous version, go to Notifications in the sidebar. All accounts will be switched to the new interface soon.
Step 1. Click on Settings ① in the sidebar, followed by Notifications ②.
Step 2. Tick on the checkbox for the notification you want to receive via email. The current notifications are:
- Order failed: An email is sent search time that an incoming order has failed.
- Menu push failed: An email is sent each time a menu fails to publish to a channel.
