If you have multiple locations in your Deliverect account, you may not want users having access to menus of locations that they don't manage. To prevent this, follow the steps in this article.
Adding a location to a menu
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and click on Menus in the sidebar.
Step 2. Click on the Edit button for a menu.
Step 3. Find the Menu Edit Restrictions dropdown and choose the location(s) for the menu.
This field is not currently available to all customers. Reach out to our support team for details.
Note that choosing multiple locations does not create individual menus for each. Edits made for one of the allowed locations will affect all locations. To have individual menus per location, create/duplicate them, then assign a single location.
Step 4. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. Repeat this process for all of your menus.
Configure a user to have restrictions
By default, users have access to all menus, even if the steps above have been followed. To make a user follow the restrictions, a toggle needs to be enabled in their user account.
Step 1. Go to the Users in the sidebar.
Step 2. Click on the edit button for the user.
Step 3. Enable the RESTRICT USER MENU ACCESS toggle and click on the Save Edits button. Here you can also change the available locations for the user.
Next steps:
• Invite a new user.
• Edit an existing menu.
• Learn how to place test orders.
