The note item ID is used to send order notes. There needs to be one configured for Deliverect to use when integrating your delivery channels.
Step 1. First, log in to the admin website for the POS (https://admin-apiint.brinkpos.net).
Step 2. In the sidebar, click on Configuration, followed by Settings Editor.
Step 3. Choose the correct location from the dropdown menu.
Step 4. Choose Items
1 and once loaded, click on the Add New Item button
Step 5. Add the following:
- Name: Note
- Active: Enabled
- Kitchen Name: Note
Copy the Item ID, as this will be required when configuring delivery channels in Deliverect. Click on the OK button once ready.
Step 6. Click on the Save button
1, followed by the Publish button
Once you have finished the steps above, please share this Note Item ID with your Deliverect Customer Success Consultant or email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete your integration process.
