You can Disable Modifier Groups by selecting 'Disable Modifier Group'. Please note, this disables the Modifier Group for all products (disabling 'Steak Temperature' will affect every steak on your menu that has the Modifier group 'Steak Temperature' attached).
You can Edit Modifiers and their Modifier Groups by selecting 'Edit Modifier Group':
Here you can override the Min/Max values required, change Modifier price, add Modifier-specific allergen tags and add a description. Please note, editing a Modifier will change this modifier across all products it is attached to (changing the price of 'Cheddar Cheese' burger topping for the chicken burger will also change this modifier attached to Veggie Burger and Beef Burger):
