Granting customers the ability to provide their table when placing an order will decrease confusion and speed up service. Follow this short article to enable this on your Online Ordering site and even gain the ability to generate QR codes to place inside your restaurant. Let's go!
Do note that this only applies to Deliverect's own Online Ordering channel. To gain access to this feature, contact your Deliverect account manager or send an email to email@example.com for activation details.
Step 1. Go to your Locations page in Deliverect

2, choose Manage Online Ordering Sites
Step 2. Click on the Edit button for the site.
Step 3. At the bottom left, click on Edit Configuration.
Step 4. Click on the Configure Eat-In Tables button at the bottom.
Step 5. Activate the Enable Eat-In Tables toggle. You can now choose which tables you would like to use for this functionality. Click on the Eat-in tables dropdown and select them. If your POS has support for tables, they will already be available.
Step 6. You can now click on Save to turn it on. Clicking on the Download QR Codes button will provide you with a ZIP file containing QR codes for each table. You can then print them out for use in your restaurant.
When customers place an order, they will be able to choose their table. If customers scan a QR code, the correct table will be automatically entered.
