To start passing orders from Deliveroo to your Deliverect account, a connection has to be made and authorized. Follow the steps in this article to get you set up.

Step 1. To start with, go to https://restaurant-hub.deliveroo.net and log in to your Deliveroo account.
Step 2. Click on Settings in the sidebar 1
followed by Till (POS) 2

Step 3. Enter Deliverect in the Which POS system do you use? section 1
and tap on Deliverect (Middleware) so that it is selected 2
.
Step 4. Find and check the site(s) you want to to connect.
Step 5. In the Site location ID field for each site, enter the Deliverect channel link ID. Contact us if you do not currently have this. Read this article to find them
Step 6. Tick the Yes – I’ll update my menu through my till (POS) option in the Do you want to update your menus through your till, too? section.
The integration will not work if this is not set.
Step 7. Click on Connect your till (POS) to finish the process. You will be shown your Brand ID. Please provide this to your Deliverect account manager (or our support team).
