Just Eat France does not currently support a menu push. This means that linking your POS (Point of Sale) through Deliverect with Just Eat France requires the manual input of PLUs.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Make sure your products are synced from the POS with Deliverect.
- Use your Just Eat France login to access https://restaurant.just-eat.fr/login
- Click on your logo, top left corner
- Select Edit menu.
- Match the products and modifiers PLU's to the products and modifiers in the Just EAT menu builder:
- If a product in your POS is not listed in the provided menu builder, contact Just EAT to update the menu.
- If a product is in the Just EAT menu builder, but it doesn't exist in your POS, you can add the product to and sync it with Deliverect OR you can contact your account manager at Just EAT to have it removed from the menu builder - and the online menu.
You can see your product's PLUs in Deliverect in the products section.
Contact your Deliverect account manager, and we will request the integration.
