We need to set the order types in the channel link for orders to be processed successfully.
Step 1. Head over to the Aldelo Express web portal, and go to Home ➜ Settings ➜ Store Config ➜ General Config.
Step 2. Select the Services tab
1. Click on Order Type Options
Step 3. Scroll down to Delivery and make sure that the Delivery option is enabled. Click on the Save button if changes were made.
Step 4. Still in the Aldelo Express web portal, go to Home ➜ Settings ➜ Store Config ➜ Order Type Config.
Step 5. Select the Delivery tab. Inside the General Options section, make sure that Offsite Service is enabled. Click on the Save button if changes were made.
