Where to find your reports
You can access your reports by clicking on the Reports page located in the navigation sidebar of your dashboard.
Viewing the data and using filters
Reports give you access to data covering your total sales, revenue, and orders. Find out how each individual channel, location, or brand is performing. You are even able to see which products are selling the most. Below, we go over each section available on your Reports page.
Filter based on location, brand, and time period. In the screenshot below, you can see that we have filtered on the Ghent location with a specific brand over the last 3 months, metrics in regards to the number of orders are being displayed in charts the further down.
In this section, gain a quick insight into how your business is/was doing.
See a breakdown of your most popular products with additional information such as revenue and time snoozed. By default, it is sorted by the number of successful orders, but by clicking on a header you can sort by that metric.
There are three options to customize the data shown:
- PLU: Look up a product using its PLU.
- Show: Choose to view individual items or bundles.
- Channel: Show data for a specific channel (or multiple).
Here you can analyze your orders by channel and status. The first three blocks show the total number of orders, the total number of cancelled orders and a pie chart visualizing the total orders per channel.
The next pie chart shows the frequency of order statuses.
In the final block, you can see two graphs. These show the amount of orders during your specified time period. You can change how the data is displayed by using the aggregate, group, and status filters at the top.
For more information about your orders, check out your Orders page.
