Temporarily Close a Location Using Busy Mode

If you are unable to keep up with orders, you can temporarily close your location. This functionality is called Busy Mode.

Not all delivery channels support busy mode.

Activate Busy Mode

Step 1. Go to your Locations page.

Step 2. Expand the location and click on the Busy mode button.

Step 3. You now have the ability to enable busy mode for one channel (Close store button) or all of them (Close all stores button).

If the channel you wish to pause is not in the list, it means that they don't currently support this feature in Deliverect. You may instead be able to close your store on that platform's website. 

Deactivate Busy Mode

Stores can be reopened by navigating to this window and clicking on the Open store/Open all stores button.
