Don't use a POS? If that is the case, you will need to create or import your products inside Deliverect.
In this article, discover the three ways of doing this.

Once your products are created, don't forget to add them to the menu. We have instructions here on how to do that.
Option 1: Creating them yourself
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and navigate to the Inventory page.
Step 2. Click on the ADD NEW PRODUCT button.
Step 3. In the new window, fill in the fields with details of your product. If necessary, click on the PRODUCT TYPE dropdown to choose a different type (bundle, modifier, modifier group).
It won't be necessary to add anything in PRODUCT PLU as Deliverect will automatically create one for you.
Once you are done, click on the CREATE NEW PRODUCT button at the bottom. It's always possible to edit your products afterward.
Option 2: Importing your menu from a supported channel or JSON file
If you use a supported channel or have a JSON file, you can automatically import menus and their containing products.
Don't use one of those channels? Check with your Deliverect account manager to enquire if it is possible to use a different platform.
Step 1. Click on the IMPORT PRODUCTS button.
Step 2. Click on the Import menu option.
Step 3. Choose a connected channel or JSON.
Option 3: Importing them via a CSV file
Do you have a CSV file containing all of your products? If so, then this is the option for you! Click on the IMPORT PRODUCTS button, followed by the Import CSV option. For the full details, have a read of this article.
