If a failed order has occurred, you can try to manually push it to your POS system.
When you are logged into your Deliverect Manager Portal, you can see the failed orders in the Orders section.
Retry the order
Once you click on a failed order, you'll see a Retry Order button. If you don't see that button, please contact email@example.com.
Find out why your order failed
Step 1. Go to your orders.
Step 2. Find the order that failed. You can use a filter if you are unable to immediately see it.
Step 3. Click on the failed order.
Step 4. Under history, you will see the reason.
