Deliverect is a software platform that connects your delivery channels - such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc. - with your point-of-sale (POS) system. Delivery connect is what we stand for!
How does Deliverect work?
We gather specific product information from your POS, which we then communicate to the delivery services. In other words: we pull information from your POS and we push it to your delivery channels, and vice versa.
Let's say, for example, that your product is a pizza. Our software creates a match between the pizza you offer online and that same pizza in your POS system. As a result, when someone orders this pizza online, our system is able to tell your POS: "Hey, someone ordered that pizza over there, and with pepperoni!" Basically, it's online ordering without the need for human intervention, freeing up your staff's time.
It goes a bit like this:

The arrows on the left represent data being sent from your POS which is then used to create your online menus. The arrows on the right show orders being created on your delivery channels being automatically sent to your POS. Deliverect facilitates the connection between them. We also offer our own platform if you don't currently use a POS (DMA).
Why would you automate your online order flow using our POS integration?
Automation prevents any inconsistencies or human errors. The integration is also less expensive than hiring a full-time employee whose only task is to take orders, print tickets, and copy these into your POS. Also - as far as we know - computers don't mind doing the same thing over and over! 😉
What do we need to make things work?
We're middleware, bridging the gap between your restaurant's POS and the delivery services. We connect the two, so the most important thing is to create an exact match: if you're offering a pizza with optional pepperoni online, we need this pizza with optional pepperoni to be in your POS. That's it! So think about what you want to offer online, and configure it correctly in your POS system. The second important thing is to understand that not all companies work the same way - just like restaurants. For some delivery services, you'll be able to manage most actions through our system. For others, you may have to contact them every now and then to change your menu. The core of our services, putting the orders straight in your POS, remains our responsibility.
